Mike Huckabee Drops An 'F-Bomb' For Famine Prevention

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee appears to drop an "F-bomb" in a recent video for part of the ONE campaign's new push to combat famine in the Horn of Africa.

Speaking out with a number of other high-profile figures, Huckabee closes the spot, saying "Let's put a f*@#$% end to famine."

The actual "F-word" is bleeped out.

In a blog post earlier this week, Bono wrote about the "real obscenity" -- famine -- which is claiming lives at a catastrophic rate in East Africa:

Drought, violence and political instability have invited in the grim reaper on a scale we have not seen in 20 years... more than 30,000 children have died in just three months. The pictures from Dadaab look like a nightmare from centuries past. Yet, this is the 21st century and these pictures are real and, on the whole, unseen. The food crisis in the Horn of Africa is nothing short of a humanitarian catastrophe, but it is getting less attention than the latest Hollywood break-ups and make-ups.
Bono, Huckabee, and the rest of the ad's lineup (including Arianna Huffington) have lent their voices to ask viewers to sign a petition calling on world leaders to invest in famine-prevention tools, such as early warning systems, irrigation, drought-resistant seeds, and, of course, peace and security.
